01预订与确认Booking & Confirm
您可以通过我们网站上的表单提交需求，或者直接点击页面上的 WhatsApp/微信按钮发起在线咨询。我们的专业顾问会在 24 小时内与您取得联系，为您量身定制行程单和专属报价。确认行程满意后，支付定金即可锁定席位。
You can submit an inquiry via our website form, or directly tap the WhatsApp/WeChat button for instant consultation. A personal travel expert will contact you within 24 hours to craft a custom itinerary and quote. Once confirmed, pay the deposit to lock in your booking.
是的。为了确保机票出票以及酒店房间的保留，我们在为您出具正式预订确认书前需要收取总团费的 30% 作为定金。余款可在出发前 7 天结清。
Yes. To secure flight seats and hotel rooms, a 30% deposit of the total price is required before we issue a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure.

Before departure, we will do our best to accommodate requests for minor itinerary adjustments or passenger changes. Depending on the nature and timing of the changes, price differences or supplier service fees (e.g. airline change fees) may apply. Promo packages might be completely non-changeable.
02签证与证件Visa & Docs
目前，我们主推的热门海岛及东南亚目的地中，巴厘岛（印度尼西亚）提供免签停留 30 天，新加坡和泰国也对中国大陆护照免签停留 30 天。出境前仅需准备有效期 6 个月以上的护照及往返机票确认单即可。
Currently, among our popular island and SEA destinations: Bali (Indonesia), Singapore, and Thailand offer visa-free entry for up to 30 days for Chinese mainland passport holders. You only need a passport with at least 6 months validity and a return flight itinerary copy.

Yes. For destinations requiring a visa (such as France/Schengen, Japan, etc.), we provide complete visa application assistance for booking clients. This includes document checklists, application reviews, translation of required documents, and submission slot booking to optimize approvals.
03价格与付款Price & Payment
我们为您设计的定制行程中，报价通常包含：国际段往返机票、全程精品酒店/别墅住宿、中文私人导游及专车、首道门票费用。不包含：个人消费、当地司导小费、旅行保险费（我们强烈建议您自行购买）及签证费（除特殊声明外）。具体包含明细会在报价单中逐一罗列。
For customized itineraries, quotes typically cover: round-trip international flights, hotel/villa accommodations, private mandarin-speaking guide and chauffeured transport, and entry tickets for attractions. Excluded are: personal expenses, tipping for driver/guide, travel insurance (strongly recommended), and visa fees (unless noted). Details are itemized in your quote sheet.
我们支持微信支付、支付宝扫码付款、银行电汇转账，也支持使用 VISA、Mastercard 等主要国际信用卡刷卡付款。对于国际转账，可能会涉及微弱的银行手续费需自理。
We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, direct bank wire transfers, and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard). For international wires/transactions, minor bank handling charges may apply.
04旅行团服务Tour Services
会。为了确保完美的沟通体验，我们所有的精品团、私人定制团均配备普通话流利的持证导游（部分东南亚线路可应客人要求提供粤语导游）。
Yes. To guarantee seamless communication, all our premium small groups and private tours feature fully certified local guides fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese guides available upon request in select SEA destinations).
我们坚持高品质的慢旅行体验，标准旅行团人数严格控制在 6 - 12 人之间。杜绝大团的拥挤和赶鸭子行程，让每位客人都能享受贵宾般的私人照顾。如果是私人定制团，则 2 人即可成团出发。
We prioritize high-quality slow travel. Standard small group sizes are strictly limited to 6 - 12 guests, avoiding rush schedules and crowds. For private custom tours, itineraries can operate for party sizes as small as 2 travelers.
05取消与退款Refunds & Terms
在出发前 30 天取消可无条件退还全部团费；出发前 15 - 29 天取消退还 50%；出发前 7 - 14 天取消退还 25%；不足 7 天取消则无法退款。如已产生不可退的机票出票费或特殊旺季订房违约费，需按实际扣除。完整详情请参见 【退款政策】。
Cancellations 30+ days before departure qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 15 - 29 days prior receive 50%, while 7 - 14 days get 25%. Cancellations within 7 days of departure receive no refund. Realized non-refundable flight costs or peak-season hotel penalties will be deducted. For complete rules, see our 【Refund Policy】.
退款一经审核批准，微信/支付宝渠道退款约需 3 - 5 个工作日；银行转账电汇约需 5 - 7 个工作日；信用卡退款根据各行出账单周期，需 10 - 15 个工作日。
Once approved, refunds via WeChat Pay/Alipay take 3 - 5 business days; bank wire transfers take 5 - 7 business days; credit cards take 10 - 15 business days depending on bank settlement cycles.
