01政策概述Overview
由于旅游产品的特殊性（涉及机票出票、酒店锁房、当地车辆及导游预约等），一旦您确认预订，相关资源即已被锁定。如果您需要取消订单或申请退款，我们将遵循本退款政策为您办理。
请您在预订前仔细阅读以下条款，以保障您的权益。
Due to the nature of travel products (involving flight ticketing, hotel room allocation, private vehicles, and guide reservations), resources are instantly locked once your booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel your booking and request a refund, we will process it according to this Refund Policy.

02取消时间表Timeline
常规行程（非旅游旺季）的取消与退款标准如下：

The standard cancellation and refund schedule for regular seasons is as follows:

03旺季特殊规定Peak Season
黄金周与法定节假日：
在春节、国庆黄金周、圣诞节等中外重大法定节假日或目的地最热门旅游季节，酒店和机票通常执行 “100% 不可退改” 政策。在此类时段的订单，一经确认，取消预订将无法退款，具体规则以您的订房及机票合同为准。
Golden Weeks & Holidays:
During peak holiday periods such as Chinese New Year, National Day Golden Week, Christmas, or local high seasons, flights and hotel rooms are typically 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. Cancellations for bookings during these periods will receive no refund. Exact terms will be specified in your booking contract.
04不可抗力退改Force Majeure
如遇不可抗力（如严重自然灾害、突发国家战争、全球突发传染病疫情或目的地国安全警告限制入境等）导致您无法按计划出行：
我们将立即为您启动应急机制，协助您办理机票及酒店退改。在扣除第三方供应商（航空公司、境外酒店等）确已收取的不可退款违约金后，我们将把余款悉数退还，不收取额外的行政手续费。
In the event of Force Majeure (such as severe natural disasters, sudden military conflicts, global epidemics, or official travel bans/restrictions by destination governments) preventing your travel:
We will immediately activate our emergency protocol to assist you with flight and hotel adjustments. We will refund the remaining balance after deducting non-refundable costs charged by suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). No administrative service fee will be charged by us.
05退款时效Processing Time
退款申请审批通过后，款项将被退回至您的原支付渠道：
- 微信/支付宝支付：约 3 - 5 个工作日。
- 银行转账电汇：约 5 - 7 个工作日（如涉及跨境电汇，可能需 7-14 天，取决于银行处理速度）。
- 信用卡支付：约 10 - 15 个工作日（退款时效受发卡行账单结算周期限制）。
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method:
- WeChat Pay / Alipay: Approximately 3 - 5 business days.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Approximately 5 - 7 business days (for international wire transfers, it may take 7-14 days depending on banking corridors).
- Credit Cards: Approximately 10 - 15 business days (processing time is subject to your bank's billing cycle).
06申请流程How to Request
如何提交取消与退款申请：
- 书面通知：您必须向您的专属顾问发送书面取消申请（通过 WhatsApp 会话、微信或发送邮件至 [CONTACT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER]）。
- 明细审核：我们在收到书面通知起 24小时 内计算出可退还的具体金额并向您发出账单明细。
- 退款确认：您确认账单后，我们即刻开始打款流程，并在打款后向您发送打款凭证。
To request a cancellation and refund, follow these steps:
- Written Notification: You must send a written cancellation request to your personal consultant via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email at [CONTACT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER].
- Calculation & Approval: Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will calculate the exact refundable amount and send you a breakdown statement.
- Confirmation & Transfer: Upon your confirmation of the statement, we will initiate the refund transfer and provide you with a payment receipt receipt.
