云逸旅行服务使用规则及权责划分。 Rules and allocation of responsibilities for using YunYi Travel's services.

01服务协议Agreement

欢迎阅读云逸旅行（以下简称“我们”或“云逸”）的服务条款。本条款构成了您与我们之间就预订机票、酒店、旅行团和定制旅行方案等服务达成的法律协议。

在进行任何预订或使用本网站服务前，请仔细阅读本条款。一旦您提交预订申请、支付款项或确认行程，即表示您已阅读、理解并无条件接受本条款的约束。

Welcome to YunYi Travel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YunYi Travel ("we", "us", or "YunYi") regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and custom itineraries.

Please read these Terms carefully before making any booking. By submitting an inquiry, paying a deposit, or confirming an itinerary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

02预订流程Booking Process

预订基本流程如下：

  1. 咨询与策划：您通过网站表单、WhatsApp 或微信提交咨询。我们的旅行顾问将根据您的需求设计定制方案。
  2. 方案确认：当您对行程方案和报价满意后，我们向您发送最终行程书和合同模板。
  3. 支付定金：您需在规定时间内支付约定的定金（通常为总费用的 30%）。收到定金后，我们将为您锁定机票、酒店等资源并签发确认书。
特别提示：在定金支付前，所有的资源状态均无法得到最终保证。特别是在旅游旺季，价格和余位随时可能变动。

Our standard booking process is as follows:

  1. Inquiry & Design: You submit an inquiry via our website form, WhatsApp, or WeChat. Our consultants will design a custom itinerary based on your preferences.
  2. Confirmation: Once you are satisfied with the itinerary and pricing, we will send you the final itinerary and booking contract.
  3. Deposit Payment: You pay the agreed deposit (typically 30% of the total amount) within the specified timeframe. Upon receiving the deposit, we will lock in resources (flights, hotels, etc.) and issue a booking confirmation.
Note: Prior to deposit payment, no availability or rates are guaranteed. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice during peak seasons.

03报价与付款Pricing & Payment

我们的报价均为针对特定人数、日期及房型的专属定制报价：

  • 货币单位：除非另有说明，默认报价单位为人民币（CNY）。我们也支持按实时汇率折算为美元（USD）或欧元（EUR）付款。
  • 尾款结算：您需在出发前至少 7 天 付清余款。对于临近预订（出发前 15 天内），通常需在预订时一次性付清全款。
  • 付款方式：我们接受微信支付、支付宝、银行电汇转账以及主要的国际信用卡。

Pricing is custom-calculated based on party size, dates, and selected accommodations:

  • Currency: Unless specified otherwise, all prices are in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Payments in USD or EUR are accepted, converted using real-time market exchange rates.
  • Balance Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure. For late bookings (within 15 days of departure), full payment is required immediately.
  • Payment Methods: We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, direct bank transfers, and major international credit cards.

04变更与取消Changes & Cancellations

我们理解您的旅行计划可能会发生变化：

  • 客户原因的取消：根据您取消时间的早晚，退款政策将有严格执行。请参见我们的 【退款政策】。
  • 行程变更申请：如果您在预订后需要修改行程（如日期、目的地、出行人），我们将尽可能配合。但您需要承担由此产生的差价以及第三方机构收取的变更服务费（如航空公司改签费）。
  • 机票与酒店的特殊规则：特价机票和旺季酒店通常遵循“不可更改、不可退款”原则，预订时我们将明确告知。

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly:

  • Cancellations by You: Cancellation refunds are strictly based on the timeline. Please refer to our 【Refund Policy】.
  • Itinerary Modifications: If you request changes (e.g. dates, destinations, passenger names) after confirmation, we will try to accommodate them. However, you are responsible for any price differences and third-party fees (e.g. airline change fees).
  • Non-refundable Bookings: Promo flights and peak-season hotel bookings are often non-changeable and non-refundable. We will notify you of these conditions during booking.

05责任限制Limitation of Liability

我们仅作为航空公司、酒店、陆地运输公司及当地接待社等第三方服务供应商的代理商：

第三方供应商所提供的服务受其自身的条款和责任限制管辖。我们对于因第三方供应商的原因导致的延误、行李丢失、人身伤害、财产损失或任何不便，不承担直接民事和法律赔偿责任，但将全力为您协助索赔。

旅行证件与签证：确保携带有效期在 6 个月以上的护照及目的地的有效签证是您的首要责任。因您证件不符或被海关拒绝入境导致的损失，我们不承担任何责任。

We act solely as an agent for third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local destination management companies:

Services provided by third-party suppliers are governed by their own terms and limitations of liability. We do not assume direct liability for delays, lost baggage, personal injury, property loss, or any inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, though we will assist you in lodging claims.

Travel Documents & Visas: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and appropriate entry visas. We accept no liability for losses incurred due to invalid travel documents or entry denial by immigration authorities.

06不可抗力Force Majeure

“不可抗力”指任何不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况：

包括但不限于自然灾害（台风、地震、海啸）、战争、罢工、政府干预、传染病疫情、航班大面积延误或取消等。如因不可抗力导致合同无法履行，双方均免于违约责任。我们将在扣除已产生的不可退资源成本后，将余款退还给您。

"Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond our reasonable control that is unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable:

Including but not limited to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis), acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, epidemics/pandemics, or major flight cancellations. In the event of Force Majeure, neither party is liable for breach of contract. We will refund the remaining amount after deducting non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers.

07适用法律Governing Law

本服务条款受 中华人民共和国 法律管辖并按其解释。

凡因本条款或使用我们服务引起的任何争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，应向云逸旅行注册所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction where YunYi Travel is registered.
